Predictable and proactive working is the foundation of success. Therefore we created the following flat rates for your conference or meeting. You can exactly estimate the costs, no further costs will arise. Within these rules you may find confirmation and safety as well.



Gravenberg (Half day flat rate)

43 € per person/day

This package is created for half day meetings, short meeting or evening events.

Contains the following services:

  • Provision of conference room according to stated number of participants
  • Standard technical facilities (screen, flip chart and bulletin boards),Wireless LAN, writing pads and pens.
  • Parking facilities next to the hotel,
  • Cold drinks unlimited in the conference room,
  • One coffee break with coffee, tea and cookies
  • One meal as three courses menu with two optionally main courses or an equivalent finger food buffet
  • Soft drinks, mineral water and coffee, espresso, etc. served to the mea
 


Dröppelminna ( Full day flat rate - including one meal)

This package serves as a basic offer that can be expanded as required.

Rules of the game:

  • Our kick-off arrangement can be booked for groups of 10 persons or more.
  • The number of participants must be communicated one day before your event.
  • We reserve the right to charge this number of participants, even if cancellations are received
  • afterwards.
  • Please understand that services that have not been used will not be refunded or can be removed from
  • the package.
  • You can supplement our kick-off arrangement with various supporting programmes.
  • We will be happy to help you plan and organise your individual kick-off programme.

Further information:

  • Because our restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings, except for Easter and Whitsun holidays, we recommend for those times a pretty restaurant as an alternative nearby, reachable by foot or car.
  • Book to your conference the required hotel rooms at a special event rate.
  • Please appreciate that services which were not used cannot be refunded.
  • We are pleased to submitting you proposals for your individual framework program to round off your event.

We are pleased to helping you in planning.

This is an outdoor event but regardless of weather. It is often liked because it is not yet as popular. The company „Teamgeist“provides equipment, construction and execution, including photo documentary and awards ceremony.

These trips shall be planned for approximately 3,5 hours for outward and return journey. The routes can be planned individually; moreover it is also possible to organize a geocaching tour via gps (approx. six hours).

Take a look behind the sceneries of the football stadium BayArena and visit the cabins, the VIP area and the running-in tunnel. As the highlight of the guided tour through the home stadium of the “Werkself” football team of the German professional league you may take e seat on the coaches’ bench.

Feel the adrenaline running through your veins while enjoying a spectacular ride with a kart. Like in a real race the matter is to get the best starting position in the qualifying for the race.

Visit the steeped in history museum Neanderthal with museum itself, place of recovery and changing exhibitions. Let yourself be brought back into the eventful history of evolution, presented in an exciting and interesting way.
